Brain

Terms of Service

Last updated 1 September 2026

These are the terms you agree to by using Brain. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.

The service

Brain is software operated by Chandra Events Pvt Ltd that stores and organises the working record of your events. You get an account and a workspace; what you put in it is yours.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at avyaandhoka24@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into it. One person, one account — do not share credentials.

What you may not do

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you put into Brain. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your content, and to process it so the product can extract tasks, decisions and risks from it and show them back to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

Plans and payment

Brain has a free tier and paid plans. No payment processor is connected yet, so nothing is currently being charged. When billing goes live we will set out prices and renewal terms before taking any payment, and no charge will be made without you agreeing to it first.

Availability

We work to keep Brain running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. It is provided as it is, without warranties. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Chandra Events Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Brain, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You may stop using Brain and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will give you notice and a chance to export your data unless the breach makes that unreasonable.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will update the date above and tell account holders by email. Continuing to use Brain after that means accepting the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Plain-language note. This document was written to match how the product actually works today, including the fact that billing is not live. It is not legal advice — before charging real money or signing an enterprise customer, have a lawyer review it.
